Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

  1. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the checkout page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
  2. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. 
  3. We offer optional shipping protection subject to the EverGreen Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions. If protection is not purchased at the time of checkout, We are not liable for any delays in shipments, lost, damaged, stolen, or seized shipments after carrier acceptance, law enforcement actions or inspections, or for any delay or loss due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by you.
  4. We also offer expedited handling as an add-on service. If expedited handling is purchased at the time of checkout, your order will be grouped with other expedited handling orders at the top of the fulfilment queue. This can significantly reduce the time it takes to process and fulfil your order; particularly during times of high order volume.

Damage due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for missing, defective, or damaged products must be made within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery. Please contact us by emailing our Customer Service Department at support@buyevergreen.com. When you contact us, please provide detailed information including your order number and a full description of any potential issue with a product. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the item with the same or comparable item, or store credit for future purchases.
